Pressotherapy
Pressotherapy
Pressotherapy is a procedure that helps with lymphatic drainage, thereby potentially slimming the look of the arms and legs (because they carry less fluid), easing aches and pains, and detoxifying the body. It uses an air pressure machine to inflate a suit that squeezes your arms, legs, or abdomen in a rhythmic motion, similar to a massage.

															HOW IT WORKS
Pressotherapy uses a computerized machine to inflate and deflate air chambers in a specialized garment worn on the body, creating a rhythmic, wave-like pressure that mimics manual lymphatic drainage. This sequential compression stimulates the lymphatic system to move fluids, aiding in the elimination of toxins, reducing swelling, improving circulation, and relieving muscle soreness.
During a lymphatic massage:
- Gentle, rhythmic strokes are applied in the direction of lymph flow.
- Blocked or sluggish lymph pathways are stimulated to promote detoxification.
- Fluid retention is reduced, encouraging tissue regen eration and improved oxygen delivery.
